Upcoming Event Friends & Family Forum

Published On:

EXPO is honored to share a second opportunity for families and loved ones to meet directly with the leadership of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

We know how much it means to have your voice heard—and how vital your love, support, and care are in the healing, rehabilitation, and reentry of those impacted by incarceration.

Secretary Jared Hoy and DOC leadership want to hear directly from you—the family and friends of people currently incarcerated or on supervision. This is a rare and important space to share your experiences, ask questions, and be seen.

Date: Monday, July 28, 2025 Time: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Location: Wausau, WI (exact address to come)

Registration is required and limited to 100 attendees—please don’t wait. This forum is open only to those 18 and older with a loved one currently in prison or on supervision.

Register here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DOCforum

If transportation is a barrier, please reach out to EXPO—we’ll do our best to help you get there.

Confirmation emails with full event details will go out on Monday, July 21.

Let’s show up for one another. Let’s make sure our voices shape a more just and humane system
