EXPO Works! Workforce Development Cohort

Published On:

EXPO is beyond excited to announce the launch of our very first EXPO Works! Workforce Development Cohort, and this is just the beginning.

EXPO Works! is a PAID fellowship for 12 individuals who have been directly impacted by a conviction. Because lived experience is leadership, and it deserves to be valued.

Over the course of 6 weeks, participants will build skills, confidence, and real pathways to employment all with the support of a community that understands the journey.

Commitment: Just a few hours per week.

Paid Fellowship: Earn $1,000 upon completion.

Real support. Real opportunity. Real outcomes.

And let’s be clear… if barriers exist, we remove them.

Transportation? Let’s figure it out.

Childcare? We’ll work with you.

Technology? We’ve got you.

We are not here to make excuses about why it can’t work.

We are here to make sure it does.

This first cohort is powerful because it represents what happens when systems don’t define us… we define what comes next.

Spots are limited. If you’ve been waiting for a sign this is it.

Interested applicants should send a letter of interest to:

Step forward. Let’s build your future together.
