Join EXPO and FREE for the Headlight Caravan of Love — Mother’s Day Edition.

For women inside Taycheedah Correctional Institution, Mother’s Day can be one of the hardest days of the year — separated from their children, families, and community.

We refuse to let them feel forgotten.

This year, Wisconsin Public Radio will be joining us to help share this powerful moment with a broader audience. That gives us both an opportunity—and a responsibility—to show up in a big way.

Our goal is to create a mile-long line of vehicles.

Imagine what that looks like to the women inside Taycheedah Correctional Institution—headlights stretching as far as they can see, a visible reminder that they matter, that they are loved, and that they are not alone.

We’re asking you to:

Invite friends, family, and colleagues

Encourage people to attend—even if just for a short time

Gas cards will be available for anyone who needs support to attend.

We’ll gather at Festival Foods to hear from directly impacted mothers, then drive together in a unified caravan past TCI — headlights shining — sending a clear message:

You are loved. You are valued. You are not alone.

This is more than a drive — it’s a visible act of love.
